For Pastors

First, our ministry is to help individuals and families find solid, biblical solutions to their everyday problems and stresses. While on staff at a local church, it is never our desire or intention to “steal another’s sheep.” We strongly encourage anyone we counsel to continue in their present church and to draw near to their church family and their pastor as a means of support.

Some pastors who do their own counseling have found that after in-depth counseling, their members leave the church because either they cannot face their pastor or feel the preaching is all about what the pastor knows about them. Therefore, our counseling is a blessing to pastors and their members.

In addition, many pastors find they do not have the time, expertise or desire to do the type of in-depth counseling that we do. It is our desire to come alongside pastors and help relieve them of their counseling burdens while assuring them that their church members are receiving godly, biblical counsel.

We will work with pastors to help their members receive as much counseling as needed. We do not take insurance or do financing; therefore, some pastors may choose to help their members by supplementing the counseling fee from the church funds. We may also see their members at a reduced fee if necessary.
